Robust interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse customers.
Excellent command of English (both verbal and written).
Strong listening skills with the ability to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
Ability to clearly communicate the value and perks of services to potential customers.
High level of confidence and persuasive skills, especially in cold calling and lead conversion.
Ability to work in rotational shifts and handle extended communication hours.
Strong attention to detail and ability to document and share information accurately with team members.
