Job Title: Field Sales Executive
Location: District-wise hiring (RJ के सभी major districts)
Working days: 6 days/week
Travel: Local travel required

Role Purpose: RJ के schools, coaching institutes और local areas मेंजाकर Arivihan के education products

(books/app/courses) की offline promotion करना, student engagement बढ़ाना और leads generate करना।

Key Responsibilities:
Schools मेंजाकर permission लेकर seminars / presentations करना
Class 10th, 11th, 12th students सेdirect interaction और counseling
Pamphlet distribution, poster placement, banner activities manage करना
Daily lead collection (student data) और reporting
School Teachers के साथ relationship build करना




Assigned area मेंmonthly target achieve करना
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
Confident personality, public speaking ability
Field work करनेकेfलए ready (travel required)
Smartphone और WhatsApp use करना आना चाfहए
Education sector मेंinterest होना चाfहए

Preferred (Valuable to Have)
Sales / marketing / education field का experience
Local area (district/tehsil) की अच्छी understanding
Existing school/coaching contacts
