Immediate joiners preferred

Prepare and manage sales contracts; follow up on Letters of Credit (LC) and export payments (India and third-country shipments).
Coordinate with customers and provide regular updates on shipment status and progress.
Generate purchase orders and schedule deliveries in line with finalized sales agreements.
Plan daily dispatch activities in coordination with the marketing team and suppliers.
Arrange cargo inspections by surveyors; follow up on inspection results and obtain final certification.
Interpret and manage LC terms and conditions with robust accuracy.
Prepare and process export documentation under LC, DA (Documents Against Acceptance), and DP (Documents Against Payment) terms.
Liaise with CHA and customs authorities for smooth clearance and container movement.
Handle monthly regulatory declarations including ECGC, insurance, and REX filings.
Coordinate pre-shipment and post-shipment finance processes such as PCFC/PCL.
Handle documentation and compliance related to MTT and SEZ transactions.
