Job Summary

The Guest Relations Executive is responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store experience to customers by providing courteous, attentive, and personalized service. This role ensures that every customer feels welcomed, valued, and comfortable throughout their visit to the showroom.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Reception & Assistance :
Welcome customers in a warm and skilled manner
Attend to guests promptly upon arrival
Escort or direct customers to the appropriate sales executive
Customer Experience Management :
Ensure a seamless and luxurious shopping experience
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate assistance
Maintain a friendly, polite, and professional attitude at all times
Appointment & Queue Management :
Manage customer appointments and walk-ins efficiently
Handle waiting queues during peak hours with proper coordination
Customer Relationship Management :
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
Recognize repeat and high-value clients and offer personalized attention
Maintain basic customer data when required
Coordination with Sales Team :
Work closely with sales staff to ensure smooth service flow




Inform customers about ongoing promotions, schemes, and new collections
Handling Customer Concerns :
Address customer queries and concerns calmly and professionally
Escalate complex issues to the store manager when necessary
Showroom Ambience & Presentation :
Ensure the reception and waiting area are clean, organized, and presentable
Uphold the brand’s luxury standards in appearance and behavior

Required Skills :
Excellent verbal communication skills
Robust interpersonal and customer service skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to handle high-end clientele with confidence
Basic knowledge of jewellery products is an advantage

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is preferred

Luxury jewellery showroom setting

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
