Key Responsibilities

1.Sales & Revenue Generation
Assist customers in selecting diamond and gold jewellery based on their preferences, occasions, and budgets. Actively promote collections to achieve or exceed store targets.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business, generate referrals, and drive brand loyalty.
Product Expertise: Educate customers on diamond quality factors (the 4Cs: Cut, Clarity, Color, Carat), product authenticity, and proper jewellery care.Store
Operations: Assist with inventory management, stock handling, replenishing displays, and ensuring the showroom floor is clean, organized, and secure.
Compliance & Billing: Ensure accurate billing, handle payments, and maintain daily sales reports with proper documentation.
Market Awareness:



Stay updated on current jewellery trends and competitor offerings to remain competitive in the local market.
To appoint recent key retailers in the assigned territory.

Minimum 3 years of experience, under graduates with marketing and sales experience can also be considered.
