Job Overview : Key Responsibilities :
Welcome and attend walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner
Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and online leads
Maintain and update customer and lead records
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups
Assist in converting leads into successful sales
Provide accurate information about vehicles, pricing, and offers
Manage front desk operations and ensure a smooth customer experience
Schedule appointments and test drives
Maintain showroom discipline and customer engagement

Required Skills & Qualifications :
Graduate or pursuing graduation (preferred)
Valuable communication skills in English and Hindi
Presentable personality with a positive attitude
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office,



CRM tools is a plus)
Ability to handle customers confidently and professionally
Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to close leads

Prior experience in reception, customer handling, or sales will be an advantage
