Qwiknex is a leading provider of end-to-end SaaS based logistics platform. We are looking for a agile and results-driven Field Sales Executive to expand our footprint, acquire current B2B clients, and drive revenue growth in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition : Identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B clients (manufacturers, SMEs, traders, and e-commerce businesses) through cold calling, market visits, and referrals.
Field Operations : Conduct regular on-site visits and meetings with prospective clients to pitch customized logistics solutions
Negotiation & Closing : Understand client supply chain requirements, negotiate pricing and terms, and successfully close deals to achieve monthly sales targets.
Relationship Management : Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer retention and generate repeat business.
Cross-Functional Coordination : Collaborate with the operations and backend teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and flawless service delivery.
Market Intelligence : Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer feedback,



and report them to the management.
Reporting : Track daily sales activities, maintain a healthy lead pipeline, and update Management Information System (MIS) or CRM reports.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education : Minimum 12th Pass. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain is preferred.
Experience : 1 to 3 years of field sales experience, preferably in the logistics, freight forwarding, courier, or EXIM industry.
Mandatory Assets : Own a two-wheeler, a valid driving license, and a smartphone.
Skills : Strong negotiation, excellent communication in local languages, and a result-oriented mindset.
Knowledge : Basic understanding of transport routes, local industrial clusters, and logistics terms is a strong advantage.
