Responsibilities :
Providing reasonable solution to customer for their booking related issue.
Coordinating with the Operations Team for daily status check of customer bookings
Helping operations team based on requirement.
Requirements :
Proven experience in customer support / experience, operations management, or a similar role, preferably in the e-commerce or religious services industry.
Solid organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and temple personnel.
Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, as well as part of a team in a rapid-paced and dynamic environment.
Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends, as required, to accommodate fluctuations in prasad packing and delivery schedules.
Knowledge of Hindu religious customs and practices, particularly related to prasad offerings and rituals, would be an advantage.
Pay: ₹190,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
