Prepare and cook pizzas according to recipes and restaurant standards.
Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings in required quantities.
Ensure proper dough fermentation, shaping, and baking techniques.
Operate pizza ovens (stone/wood-fired/electric) efficiently.
Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and presentation.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and workstation.
Manage inventory of pizza ingredients and place orders as required.
Maintain portion control and minimize wastage.
Train and supervise junior kitchen staff or helpers.
Job Types : Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹8,684.36 - ₹37,505.30 per month
