Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for home loan products across channels.
Channel Partner Management
Recruit, onboard, and manage a robust network of partners, agents and distributors.
Conduct training and upskilling sessions to enhance product knowledge, process awareness, and compliance adherence.
Regularly engage with partners to ensure productivity and business alignment.
Lead Generation & Conversion
Collaborate with both channels to generate high-quality leads and support partners to convert them into successful disbursals.
Monitor performance metrics like lead-to-login and login-to-disbursal ratios, and take action to improve conversion efficiency.
Relationship Management
Maintain long-term, productive relationships with partners to drive consistent business.
Support partners in handling customer interactions and resolving issues efficiently.
Market Development & Strategy
Analyze regional trends, competitor activities, and partner performance to develop market penetration strategies.
Identify current opportunities to grow home loan business in untapped areas or through current partners.




Compliance & Risk Mitigation
Monitor partner adherence to compliance and mitigate operational or reputational risks.
Internal Coordination
Collaborate with Credit, Operations, and Marketing teams to streamline processes, reduce turnaround time, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Contribute to the development of partner engagement campaigns or regional sales initiatives.
Reporting & Analysis
Provide accurate and timely reports on sales pipeline, partner performance, market insights, and challenges.
Track KPIs and suggest course-corrective actions as required.

Education :
Bachelor's (required)

Experience :
Home loans, financial services, or channel sales management. : 5 years (required)
Channel Partner Management : 5 years (required)
Lead Generation & Conversion: 5 years (required)
HL /LAP domain: 5 years (required)
should have a active DSA/DST network in the local market : 5 years (required)

Fluent in English (required)
