We are looking for a passionate and motivated Commis to join our Café Plume team in Bangalore.

If you love cooking, baking, desserts, and want to learn authentic French techniques, this role is for you!

Your Role :
Assist in preparing pastries, desserts, and savoury items (croissants, éclairs, quiches, etc.)
Support daily kitchen prep (mise en place)
Follow recipes and maintain product consistency
Help with baking, assembling, and plating
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
Support stock management and ingredient storage

Able to work in a fast-paced workplace
English Speaking
