We are looking for a energetic Warehouse Leasing & Business Development Executive to identify companies looking for warehouse space and convert our available spaces into profitable warehouse partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach companies requiring warehouse / storage space .
Generate leads through direct outreach, LinkedIn, references, brokers and industry networks.
Target 3PL companies, FMCG, e-commerce, D2C, retail and logistics companies .
Present warehouse facilities, capacities, locations and commercial offerings to prospective clients.
Coordinate site visits, proposals, quotations and negotiations .
Explore opportunities for third-party warehouse / 3PL partnerships .
Build and maintain solid relationships with potential clients and logistics partners.
Negotiate commercial terms and support the closure of leasing/warehouse contracts.
Maintain a pipeline of prospects and regularly report business development progress.
Conduct market research on warehouse rentals, demand and competing facilities .

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
