Job Title: SCM Executive | FMCG Role :Supply Chain Management & Logistics Location : Gurugram, Haryana Industry : FMCG Experience Required : 3+ years

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory control, warehousing, and logistics.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and transport partners to ensure timely deliveries.
Monitor stock levels and ensure optimal inventory planning to avoid stock-outs or excess inventory.
Track and analyze supply chain KPIs and implement process improvements.
Oversee dispatch planning and order fulfilment processes.
Handle demand forecasting and supply planning in alignment with sales forecasts.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and statutory regulations.
Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth day-to-day logistics activities.
Prepare MIS reports and present supply chain performance insights to management.

Required Qualifications
Education :
BE / B. Tech (Mechanical / Industrial / Production / Logistics / Operations / Supply Chain related fields)
MBA / PGDM in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations,



or Operations Management
Diploma in Supply Chain Management / Logistics / Operations (with solid relevant experience)
Experience :
Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management & Logistics
Mandatory experience in the FMCG industry

Required Skills & Competencies
Robust understanding of supply chain processes and FMCG distribution models
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and MS Excel
Inventory planning and demand forecasting expertise
Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Valuable communication and coordination skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Attributes
Experience in handling regional distribution networks
Knowledge of warehouse optimization and cost control
Exposure to modern SCM tools and digital supply chain practices

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
