We are looking for a highly responsible and hands-on Operations & Maintenance Supervisor who can independently manage day-to-day plant operations and resolve electrical, mechanical, and HVAC-related issues while effectively leading the team. The role requires solid technical knowledge, quick decision-making, and the ability to handle breakdowns under pressure to ensure uninterrupted production.

Responsibilities :
Supervise and ensure smooth daily operations of plant and equipment.
Handle electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems troubleshooting with mínimal downtime.
Lead and mentor technicians in maintenance activities and breakdown resolution.
Perform and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
Promptly diagnose and resolve faults in motors, panels, compressors, chillers, AHUs, pumps, and other utilities.
Ensure proper functioning of power distribution systems, control panels, and safety interlocks.
Maintain HVAC systems, including temperature, humidity, and air quality control.




Coordinate with the production team to avoid operational delays.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance logs, downtime reports, and spare parts inventory.
Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and SOPs.
Identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.

Required Skills :
Solid troubleshooting skills in electrical systems (panels, wiring, motors, VFDs)
Working knowledge of mechanical systems (pumps, compressors, rotating equipment)
Hands-on experience with HVAC systems (chillers, AHU, cooling towers)
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and schematics
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to handle emergency breakdowns efficiently

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
