Psychology Fresher : Job Title :Junior Psychologist/Research Assistant

Reports to : Senior Psychologist/Research Lead

Key Responsibilities : 1. Assist in Research Studies :
Assist senior psychologists in designing, conducting, and analyzing research studies.
Collect and enter data, maintain accurate records, and perform data analysis.
Psychological Assessments :
Administer and score psychological assessments, such as personality tests, cognitive assessments, and behavioral ratings.
Interpret results and provide feedback to clients/patients.
Counseling and Therapy :
Assist senior psychologists in providing counseling and therapy services to clients/patients.
Develop and implement treatment plans under supervision.
Administrative Tasks :
Maintain accurate and confidential records.
Perform administrative tasks,



such as scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.

Requirements : Education :
Bachelor's degree in Psychology (BA/BSc) with relevant experience.

Skills :
Solid knowledge of psychological theories, principles, and practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
Ability to work with diverse populations and maintain confidentiality.
Proficient in statistical analysis software (e.g., SPSS, R) and Microsoft Office.

Job Types : Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
