Key Responsibilities
Prepare and bake breads, rolls, pastries, cakes, cookies, and other baked goods.
Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes.
Decorate cakes and pastries using various techniques.
Develop current recipes and seasonal menu items.
Monitor oven temperatures and baking times.
Ensure all products meet quality and presentation standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and equipment.
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Manage inventory and order baking supplies when needed.
Train and supervise junior bakers or assistants (if applicable).
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
