Job Summary : We are seeking a detail-oriented Stock Executive - Dispatch to manage dispatch documentation, inventory records, and stock movement. The role requires robust coordination, accuracy in data entry, and hands-on experience in warehouse or stock operations.

Key Responsibilities : Documentation & MIS Management
Audit dispatch documents (Domestic, Export, Studio) and update MIS
Perform data entry for MRF, RGP, and C-Challan
Maintain records of errors and resolve document-related queries
Ensure daily outward stock entries and system updates

Inventory & Stock Management
Maintain records for imported stock and raw materials
Conduct monthly stock audits
Manage stock issuance and returns for events
Track materials issued against RGP and Challans

Dispatch & Coordination




Handle dispatch collection and studio stock availability
Manage post-event stock inward with sales teams
Coordinate with factories for stock, kits, and repairs

Reporting & Administration
Prepare monthly stock and dispatch reports
Track delayed dispatches and incomplete documentation
Maintain inward/outward stock records
Submit vendor bills and handle documentation processes

Requirements :
Graduate in any discipline
4 years of experience in stock, warehouse, dispatch operations, Inventory
Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS systems
Solid attention to detail and organizational skills

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
