About TailorWorks TailorWorks is a premium bespoke tailoring brand specializing in luxury custom garments for both B2B and B2C clients. We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Inventory Intern to assist in managing fabrics, trims, and overall stock operations.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining inventory records of fabrics, trims, and accessories .
Support in stock entry, data management, and updating inventory systems .
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies .
Coordinate with design and production teams for material requirements.
Assist in receiving, checking, and organizing incoming materials .
Help in maintaining proper stock storage and organization .
Support in physical stock checks and audits .
Ensure accurate documentation of inward and outward stock movement .

Requirements :
Graduate or currently pursuing graduation.




Basic knowledge of inventory management / stock handling is preferred.
Familiarity with MS Excel or Google Sheets .
Solid attention to detail and organizational skills.
Willingness to learn and work in a quick-paced setting .

Preferred Skills
Interest or exposure to the fashion / garment industry .
Basic understanding of fabrics and materials is a plus.
Ability to coordinate with multiple teams effectively.
