Key Responsibilities
Instructional Delivery :
Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions on dialysis procedures, equipment operation, patient care, and safety protocols.
Develop and update lesson plans, presentations, and study materials in alignment with curriculum guidelines and industry standards.
Supervise and guide students during clinical training sessions in collaboration with affiliated hospitals or dialysis centers.
Monitor student and center progress and provide timely feedback on performance.
Conduct assessments to evaluate student competencies and readiness for certification.
Collaborate with academic coordinators to review and enhance the curriculum to ensure it meets current industry practices and standards.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
