Key Responsibilities
Resolve all pending orders via daily monitoring sheets.
Manage and Analyze all NDR & RTOs.
Ensure timely order pickups; escalate delays to courier POCs.
Monitor in-transit shipments and act on delays proactively.
Ensure daily delivery of prepaid orders, flag RTOs to Customer Support.
Handle returns & exchanges daily via Returns Prime.
Close open POs on quick commerce platforms with:
Quick warehouse coordination
Immediate dispatch




Process daily refunds via Razorpay & Cashfree.

What We’re Looking For
Solid ownership mindset with a bias for action.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously.
Experience in 3PL coordination and e-commerce operations.
Ability to work in a quick-paced, high-volume environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory) to handle data, reporting, & operational tracking effectively.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
