Job Summary : Key Responsibilities :
Manage end-to-end project execution, including planning, design coordination, and resource management.
Review BOQs, drawings, and project designs for feasibility and accuracy.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients for seamless project delivery.
Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are maintained in office.
Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports (daily/weekly/monthly).
Oversee procurement, material management, and labor billing.
Conduct snag identification and closure before handover to the client.

Skills & Competencies :
Solid knowledge of interior fit-out, finishing, and construction processes.
Proficient in project management software and design tools (AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project).
Excellent communication, organizational, and team management skills.




Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Client handling and reporting capabilities.

Preferred Experience :
Exposure to commercial offices, co-working spaces, residential buildings, data centers, or hospitality projects.
Experience in MEP coordination and managing quick-track projects.

Personal Attributes :
Proactive, detail-oriented, and result-driven.
Ability to lead teams and coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
