Job Title: Academic Counsellor / Admission Counsellor

Job Summary

Roles & Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students and understand their career goals.
Promote and enroll students in paid training courses.
Explain course details, fees, perks, and career opportunities.
Follow up with enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
Convert leads into admissions by achieving monthly targets.
Maintain student enquiry records and admission documentation.
Build strong relationships with students and parents.

Required Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in counselling or sales of paid training courses.
Experience in selling one or more of the following courses is preferred:
General Duty Assistant (GDA)
Dresser
Tally

Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Target-oriented with a positive attitude.

Salary
₹10,000 - ₹12,000 per month
