Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
Assist lead editors with assembling rough cuts and final edits
Organize and manage raw footage, audio files, and project assets
Sync audio and video footage
Add basic graphics, subtitles, transitions, and effects
Perform color correction and audio balancing (basic level)
Export videos in required formats for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
Maintain project file backups and version control
Collaborate with creative team to meet deadlines
Stay updated with current video editing trends and tools

Required Skills & Qualifications
Basic to intermediate proficiency in:
Adobe Premiere Pro
Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve
Adobe After Effects (basic knowledge preferred)
Understanding of video formats, codecs, and compression
Familiarity with social media video requirements
Strong attention to detail
Valuable time management skills




Ability to take feedback and implement revisions quickly
Portfolio or sample work required

Preferred Qualifications
Degree/Diploma in Film, Media, Communications, or related field
Experience with motion graphics
Basic sound design knowledge
Photography or videography experience is a plus
Knowledge of AI editing tools is a plus
