Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive who can generate current business, maintain client relationships, and achieve sales targets in the local and surrounding market.
Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to work in the field are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development
Visit wholesalers, retailers, and B2B clients regularly.
Generate new leads and develop current customers in the assigned territory.
Present company products and close sales deals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Client Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Follow up on pending payments and outstanding orders.




Resolve customer complaints and coordinate with the internal team.

Market Activities
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Identify new market opportunities.
Collect feedback from clients regarding product demand.

Reporting
Submit daily visit reports to the reporting manager.
Maintain proper record of orders and payments.
Coordinate with accounts & dispatch department for smooth delivery.

Qualification
Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate Preferred
Basic knowledge of sales and marketing
Two-wheeler & driving license preferred

Confidence and positive attitude
Target-oriented mindset
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp & Excel for reporting
