Educational Qualification :
M.Sc. Nursing (mandatory) in any of the following specializations:
Paediatric Nursing
Psychiatric Nursing
Obstetric & Gynaecological Nursing

Experience Required :
Minimum 3 years of teaching experience after M.Sc. Nursing in a recognized Nursing College

Key Roles & Responsibilities :
Deliver lectures, demonstrations, and practical sessions as per the nursing curriculum
Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessment tools
Guide and supervise students in clinical and academic activities
Conduct internal assessments, examinations, and evaluations
Participate in curriculum development and academic planning
Maintain academic records, attendance, and student performance reports




Mentor students for academic and skilled growth
Ensure compliance with nursing education standards and regulatory guidelines
Participate in seminars, workshops, and research activities
Support college administration and academic committees

Skills Required :
Excellent teaching and communication skills
Clinical expertise and practical knowledge
Ability to mentor and guide students effectively
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, online teaching tools)
Teamwork and organizational skills

Additional Requirements :
Valid Nursing Registration (State Nursing Council preferred)
Passion for teaching and academic excellence
