Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for internal company requirements
Conduct initial HR screening calls and interview coordination
Schedule and manage interview processes with hiring managers
Meet hiring deadlines and recruitment targets

Mandatory Requirements
Good verbal and written English communication skills
Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring processes
Ability to work in a target-driven workplace
Solid coordination and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, or LinkedIn
Comfortable working from office

Educational Qualification




Any Graduate or MBA HR preferred

Preferred Skills
Experience in IT or non-IT recruitment
Knowledge of sourcing techniques and interview coordination
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
