Job Description: Job Location : Kolar, Karnataka/ Chamarajanagar, Mysuru

Responsibilities :
Receive, inspect, and record all incoming materials and products.
Organize and maintain proper storage of inventory in the factory store.
Ensure accurate documentation and labeling of items for easy retrieval.
Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed to prevent shortages.
Conduct regular inventory audits to reconcile discrepancies and maintain accuracy.
Collaborate with other departments to fulfill internal material requests.
Prepare and pack orders for delivery to production lines or external customers.
Coordinate with suppliers for the timely delivery of materials.
Implement and maintain safety and security measures in the store.
Keep records of stock transactions, including receipts and withdrawals.
Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movement, and other related metrics.

Requirements :
Proven experience as a Storekeeper, Warehouse Clerk, or similar role.
Knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (if applicable).
Solid computer skills,



including proficiency in inventory management software.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy items.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in warehouse management is a plus.
