Multi-Skilled Technician (MST) - Job Description

A Multi-Skilled Technician (MST) is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical, electrical, and sometimes plumbing or HVAC systems within a facility, plant, hotel, hospital, or industrial setting.

Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and machinery
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing issues
Inspect systems and identify faults or safety risks
Repair motors, pumps, lighting, wiring, compressors, and control panels
Monitor facility equipment performance and maintain service records
Coordinate with vendors and contractors when required
Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures
Respond to emergency breakdowns and minimize downtime
Use maintenance tools, meters, and diagnostic equipment





Required Skills :

Electrical systems

Qualifications :
ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or related trade
Experience in facility management, manufacturing, hotels, hospitals, or commercial buildings preferred
Certifications in electrical safety or HVAC can be an advantage

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
