Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead to drive technical direction across backend and frontend development. The role involves architecture, design, code reviews, mentoring teams, and adoption of up-to-date engineering practices. Day-to-day coding is not the primary expectation.

Must-Have Skills:
Solid backend expertise in Python / Node.js / Java
Frontend experience in Angular / React / Flutter / React Native or similar
Microservices architecture
Cloud-native technologies

• CI/CD
AI-led development practices
Technical design, architecture & code reviews
Team mentoring and technical leadership

Candidate Requirement:
Resume should match at least 80% of the mandatory requirements.
Solid hands-on technical guidance and architecture experience required.
