Job Summary : The Restaurant Assistant plays a key role in supporting both kitchen and service operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the restaurant while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :
Assist in daily restaurant operations including kitchen prep and service support
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining, kitchen, and service areas
Support service staff during busy hours to ensure quick and productive service
Assist in table setup, clearing, and maintaining presentation standards
Handle basic guest requests professionally and promptly
Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
Assist in stock handling, storage, and inventory organization
Ensure all tasks are completed as per operational standards and timelines




Basic knowledge of restaurant or hospitality operations
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment
Comfortable working in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays
Physically active and able to handle operational tasks
Prior experience in a restaurant or café is an added advantage
