We currently have an exciting hybrid prospect with a leading organization based in Gurgaon (Badshahpur) .

Experience : 7–10 years total, with relevant expertise in [Payroll software/SF EC Payroll OR Shared Services/Case Management – as applicable]
Shift : 2:30 AM–11:30 AM (2 days), 7:00 AM–4:00 PM (3 days)
Work Mode : Hybrid
Location : Gurgaon, Badshahpur

Role Responsibilities (Both Roles have the Same Description)
Support recruitment events.
Support the team during knowledge transfer; drive performance metrics during and post-KT.




Study and bridge gaps in SOPs; drive audits, data quality checks, and SOP governance for employee lifecycle operations.
Ensure robust FMEA and mitigation strategies.
Define and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business goals; drive continuous improvement.
Identify and implement process excellence prospects; monitor quality assurance frameworks.
Bring domain expertise; support current hire onboarding, refresher sessions, and cross-training.
Ensure compliance with hiring policies, data privacy, and regulatory standards.
