Job Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT and technical positions across multiple technologies and domains.
Understand client hiring requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Negotiate salary packages and manage offer rollout and onboarding activities.
Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
Track recruitment metrics and ensure timely closure of assigned positions.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand workforce planning and hiring needs.
Stay updated on market trends, emerging technologies, and talent availability.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
