Maintain all related files and folders in updated condition.
Maintain databases for Order Execution, Delivery Challans, Billing, Sales Returns, etc., and report to management.
Maintain inward and outward stock records and ensure proper stock reconciliation.
Handle customer calls, coordinate shipment tracking with courier companies, and update records accordingly.
Support the Logistics department and perform all tasks related to Boston Scientific.
Coordinate with vendors for all purchase-related activities.
Prepare monthly stock and sales statements for all principal companies.
Track orders until products are successfully delivered to customers.
Prepare purchase orders, sales quotations, and sales bills.
Coordinate with Sales Executives across various states.




Attend to customer inquiries on a daily basis.
Coordinate with branch offices regarding stock updates.
Handle payment follow-ups, draft letters, and follow up with clients.
Perform all assignments as directed by the Manager or Head of the Department.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
