Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and convert them into confirmed bookings for hotels, resorts, villas, banquets, and events.
Meet corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, educational institutions, and other potential customers to develop business.
Execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve monthly revenue targets.
Identify current market opportunities and expand the customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns and marketing activities.
Coordinate with reservations and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Prepare daily sales reports, client visit reports, and business development updates.
Represent Nilansh Group at exhibitions, networking events, and promotional activities.

Eligibility Criteria
Education : BBA/MBA (Marketing), Postgraduate Degree, or Degree in Hotel Management (HM).




Experience : Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in hotel, resort, hospitality, tourism, or sales & marketing.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools will be an added advantage.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary : ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
