Job Role

Asst. Fiance Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization’s financial operations, including banking relationships, credit management, payment processing, and collections. This role ensures solid financial controls, healthy cash flow, regulatory compliance, and accurate financial reporting to support business growth and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & Reporting
Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Monitor financial performance and provide insights and recommendations to management.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements.

Banking & Cash Management
Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.
Oversee cash flow planning, fund utilization, and liquidity management.
Handle banking transactions, facilities, guarantees, loans, and reconciliations.
Optimize working capital and cash management processes.

Credit Management
Develop and implement credit policies and approval procedures.
Assess customer creditworthiness and set appropriate credit limits.
Monitor credit exposure and manage risk related to receivables.




Coordinate with sales and management to balance growth and risk.

Payments & Accounts Payable
Oversee timely and accurate processing of vendor payments and employee reimbursements.
Ensure proper authorization and controls over all payments.
Maintain vendor relationships and resolve payment-related issues.
Monitor aging of payables and optimize payment cycles.

Collections & Receivables
Supervise accounts receivable and collections activities.
Ensure timely invoicing and follow-up on outstanding payments.
Reduce overdue receivables and improve collection efficiency.
Handle escalated collection issues and negotiate payment terms when required.

Compliance & Controls
Ensure adherence to tax regulations, audits, and statutory filings.
Maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Support internal and external audits and implement corrective actions.

Team Management
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounts team.
Allocate tasks, set goals, and monitor performance.
Promote continuous improvement in finance processes and systems.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
