We are looking for a smart, growth-oriented and result-driven Online Marketing Entrepreneur to manage and scale our baby products business through our own e-commerce website and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Handle complete online marketing activities for baby products business
Manage and scale sales through company website and e-commerce platforms
Create and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads and retargeting campaigns
Improve ROAS, website conversions and customer acquisition
Plan digital campaigns for offers, festivals, launches and seasonal promotions
Coordinate with creative team for ad creatives, videos and product promotions
Monitor website performance, abandoned carts and customer journey
Manage Shopify or e-commerce backend operations
Analyze campaign reports and optimize based on performance
Handle influencer marketing and online collaborations
Research market trends,



competitors and recent online growth prospects

Experience Required
Minimum 5 to 7 years experience in:
E-commerce marketing
Performance marketing
Shopify or website sales handling
Meta Ads & Google Ads
Online brand growth
