Stores Officer Job Description

We are searching for a well-organized Stores officer to join our growing team. As the Stores officer, you will carry out all tasks allocated by the HOD.

Stores Officer Responsibilities :
Scheduling of planning.
Preparing GRN
Maintaining goods inward and Outward register.
Raw Material Stores Related GMP Documentation.
Receipt and Issuance of Raw material.
Responsible for safety.
Raw Material Dispensing.
Preparing Delivery Challan.
Monthly Report & Documentation.
Keep a constant check on stock levels.
Co-ordination with other related departments like Production, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Engineering, etc.
Receipt and Issue of packing material.
Packing material dispensing.
Maintaining raw material and packing material requisition.
Understanding the requirements of ISO 13485:2016 (MDQMS).

Desired Expectations
Coordination with sales coordination department for Material Procurement planning
Initiate Purchase Requisition.




Ensure safekeeping both as to quality & quantity of material.
Maintain proper records
Initiate action for stoppage of further purchasing when the stock level approaches the maximum limit.
Coordination with Accounts Department for Stock Valuation on Monthly Basis.
Weighing packages and labeling them appropriately

Salary : ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
