Job description

We are looking for a US Accountant who can handle end-to-end accounting for US clients. The role involves managing day-to-day bookkeeping, invoicing, Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and preparing monthly and yearly financial statements.

Key Responsibilities :
Create and process customer invoices :
Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) including follow-ups and aging
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) including vendor bills and payments
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations :
Record daily bookkeeping entries in accounting software
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records (P&L;, Balance sheet, Cash flow statements).
Support month-end and year-end closing
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.




Experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
Knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
Robust skills in financial analysis and reporting.
