About the role : We are looking for an experienced Recruiter with a robust track record in hiring pharmaceutical market representatives , including Medical Representatives, Marketing Representatives, and Area Sales Managers . This role focuses on identifying high-performing field sales talent who can drive market penetration and sales growth in the pharmacy/pharmaceutical sector.
Specifically, this role will involve :
Conduct initial interviews to assess communication skills, market knowledge, and sales capability :
Coordinate interview schedules and feedback with hiring managers
Ensure timely offer rollouts, negotiations, and joining follow-ups
Maintain recruitment data, reports, and hiring trackers
Support bulk hiring and regional hiring drives when required
Hands-on experience recruiting pharmaceutical sales or market representative roles :
Good understanding of field sales operations, territories, and performance metrics :
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced recruitment environment :
Solid networking and sourcing capabilities within the pharma sales ecosystem
