Responsibilities :
Support daily operational activities
Coordinate with logistics, courier, and field teams
Track orders, deliveries, and operational status
Maintain operational reports and data
Ensure smooth workflow and process execution

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
Positive coordination and problem-solving skills
