Responsibilities
Act as a primary point of contact for clients and respond to their questions in a timely, professional manner.
Understand customer concerns, coordinate with internal teams, and support effective resolution of issues.
Build and maintain positive client relationships through attentive follow-up and consistent service.
Support sales and IT-related client conversations where required, while maintaining accurate records of interactions.
Share relevant updates with stakeholders and contribute to a smooth overall customer experience.
Requirements
Six months to one year of experience in IT support, sales, client servicing, or a related area is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a client-focused approach.
Ability to listen carefully, understand requirements, and handle customer interactions with maturity.
Good organization, follow-through, and willingness to collaborate with internal teams.
This is a full time, in-office role based in Mohali, with a monthly salary range of ₹20,000 to ₹30,000.
