We are hiring a Senior Business Developer for the Pune location.
Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
4+ years of experience in business development or sales in the e-commerce industry, preferably within the Middle East.
Robust understanding of regional e-commerce ecosystems, consumer behavior, and digital trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Fluency in English; Arabic is a robust plus.
Experience with cross-border e-commerce or marketplace platforms.
Experience in managing a sales team and working in a multicultural setting.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Willingness to travel within the MENA region.
