Responsibilities of the Candidate:
Sell credit cards to recent-to-bank customers through a team of field sales executives.
Deliver daily and monthly credit card sales targets and maintain team productivity.
Hire, onboard and train sales executives and deliver daily product and pitch refreshers.
Track applications through to card delivery and resolve customer complaints within TAT.
Requirements:
Graduate in any stream from an accredited university; age up to 36.
Team management, hiring, motivation and training skills.
Valuable communication skills and presentable on field; adherence to KYC and compliance standards.
