Cisive is hiring for the role of Desktop Support Associate!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
Provide L1/L2 technical support for desktops, laptops and peripherals, in person and remotely.
Handle onboarding and offboarding: device setup, access provisioning and deprovisioning.
Manage IT asset inventory and support lost or stolen device and reimaging incidents.
Monitor security alerts (SIEM/EDR) and lead incident response for security events.
Requirements:
OS support for Windows 11 and macOS; Active Directory, networking and TCP/IP troubleshooting.
Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk or HelpDesk.
Endpoint tools such as Intune or SCCM; familiarity with CrowdStrike or Defender.
