StatutoryCompliance:ManagePF,ESIC,PT,TDSandotherpayroll-relatedcompliances,payments,MISandcoordinationwithexternalconsultants.
Payroll&HRMIS;:Preparemonthlypayroll,statutoryandHRdashboards,reportsandreconciliations.
HRISManagement:Maintainaccurateemployeerecords,manageKekaHRISupdates,dataintegrityandsystemimprovements.
CompensationAnalytics:Supportsalarystructuring,compensationbenchmarking,costanalysisandperiodicreviews.
HRAudits:Maintainaudit-readypayrollandemployeedocumentation,ensuringaccuracyandtimelyclosureofobservations.
Must-have:Provenexperienceinindependentlyrunningend-to-endpayrollin-house,notmerelycoordinatingwithexternalpayrollconsultants.StrongExcelskills,statutoryknowledgeandattentiontodetailareessential.CommunicationinEnglishandHindi
