Key Responsibilities:
Create Architectural and Structural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D models as per project requirements.
Convert CAD drawings, PDFs, and markups into accurate BIM models.
Convert SCAN File into accurate BIM models.
Maintain BIM standards, templates, and project documentation.
Coordinate with team members and follow client BIM Execution Plans (BEP)
Perform quality checks to ensure model accuracy and LOD compliance.
Support senior BIM engineers in project coordination and deliverables.

Requirements :
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Basic knowledge of Autodesk Revit Architecture/Structure.




Basic knowledge of Scan to BIM and CAD to BIM workflows.
Ability to read and understand architectural and structural drawings.
Valuable attention to detail and learning attitude.
Basic communication skills in English.

Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of AutoCAD, Navisworks, or BIM workflows.
Internship or academic project experience in BIM.
Understanding of LOD, BIM standards, and construction documentation.
