Job Description:

Panigrahana Weddings specializes in end-to-end wedding solutions, delivering memorable celebrations through seamless planning and execution. We are looking for a proactive Event Production Manager to oversee wedding production, vendor coordination, logistics, and in office execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute weddings from pre-event preparation to post-event closure.
Prepare production schedules, timelines, and checklists.
Coordinate with vendors, venue partners, and internal teams.
Supervise venue setup, decor, stage arrangements, lighting, sound, and dismantling.
Manage manpower, transportation, equipment, materials, and event logistics.
Monitor budgets, track expenses, and optimize resources.
Lead on-ground teams and resolve last-minute operational challenges.
Ensure timely execution, quality standards, and client satisfaction.




Maintain vendor records, production reports, and expense documentation.

Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in event production, event operations, or event management.
Experience in wedding execution, hospitality, or large-scale events preferred.
Robust vendor management, logistics, planning, and team coordination skills.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple activities under pressure.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules.
Willingness to travel to event venues as required.
Graduation in any discipline; relevant practical experience is acceptable.
