Infoblox is hiring for the role of Apprentice - Enterprise TSE!
Responsibilities of the Intern:
Learn and assist in providing remote technical support to Infoblox customers and partners.
Shadow senior engineers and gradually take ownership of support cases under supervision.
Help diagnose network issues and document resolutions.
Participate in training sessions and support lab activities for product testing.
Requirements:
Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP.
Positive verbal and written communication; passion for troubleshooting.
Coursework, internships or certifications in networking, Linux or Windows are a plus.
