Primary Skills : Mainframe Scheduling Key Responsibilities : Manage IBM Workload Scheduler (IWS) / CA7 operations
Create and maintain job schedules, calendars, and batch workflows**
Monitor jobs, handle failures, restarts, and dependencies**
Troubleshoot daily plan and scheduling issues
Ensure SLA, performance, and system availability**
Work on security (RACF) and compliance**
