Key responsibilities
- Program development : Create CNC programs for VMCs based on engineering drawings and specifications.
- CAD/CAM software : Use software to generate toolpaths, simulate machining operations, and optimize programs.
- Tooling and parameter selection : Identify the correct cutting tools, holders, and fixtures, and set parameters like speed, feed, and coolant flow.
- Process optimization : Continuously improve machining processes to reduce cycle times and enhance efficiency.
- Quality control : Perform in-process inspections and ensure that the final product meets quality and tolerance requirements.
- Collaboration : Work with engineers and machinists to set up machines, troubleshoot issues, and ensure production goals are met.
Job Types : Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
